Daniel Bar Ziv brings a wide and eclectic experience of over twenty years as a professional in the fashion business. He began as senior buyer for major foreign trade groups and followed as export manager for luxury brands. These companies were concentrated on the Italian market, but he, understanding the importance of international business and trade, created and developed their plans for this expansion. His personal international profile, resulting from his previous professional experiences abroad, led him to build solid and long-term personal relationships with the major companies and personalities in those markets. Due to his appreciation of the importance of international trade, he was able to generate significant expansion and grew the profits for the companies he worked with. In the recent years, he was in charge of the development outside of Europe of the Brunello Cucinelli Group, for which he worked exclusively; his focus was on Russia and Eastern Europe, as well as the Middle and Far East – Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China.
Maria Vittoria Pagani has been working in fashion business for more than twenty years, with important luxury international brands such as Krizia, Donna Karan, Ralph Lauren. Her vast experience has given her a deep knowledge of all the commercial aspects of managing and directing a fashion business, in terms of developing strategies, the organization and the personnel. For seven years she was the Worldwide Commercial Director of Ermanno Scervino, launching the brand in all markets throughout the world. She created and managed the structure for the company’s expansion, developed the team, and was the General Director of the headquarter and show-room in Milano. Thanks to her knowledge and skills, her years at Ermanno Scervino were marked by dramatically increased sales volumes. Moreover, she introduced, created, and developed a franchising network of monobrand stores and shop in shops worldwide for this brand.
Over the years, both Daniel and Maria Vittoria have been able to develop strong, personal relationships with the opinion leaders, the most important buyers and the decision makers of the top retailers worldwide.
